Rental return time limits are strict and charges become non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the student to use the free return process by the due date deadline. It is an important part of the process to maintain the materials library and to prepare for upcoming semesters. Once deadlines have passed, textbooks are considered purchases. To offset replacement charges, students can try to re-sell on the open market.
The program prepares and sources materials for the upcoming semesters and unfortunately late returns cannot be refunded. Non-returned or damaged items charges are placed on the student account and payment policies apply.
eCampus.com does not bill the student. Colorado Mountain College handles all student billing & charges must be settled between the student and the school’s billing department.
